Alright…… I’m ready for the gym now!

Dana Linn Bailey is the first ever physique competitor. Physique is one division below female bodybuilding (meaning slightly less muscular.. but still much more muscular than the figure, fitness and bikini divisions). She is very muscular, but she has worked YEARS and YEARS lifting extremely heavy weight for this amount of muscle.. you won’t pick up a weight and look like her the next day (as much as some of us may want to!). 

Performing compound exercises like this back to back takes a MAJOR toll on your energy and muscles (in a good way)! Not to mention it burns a TON of calories!!! The amount of weight she is lifting for 20 reps is pretty impressive =)
