But seriously… she is definitely motivation to hit the weights heavy. She is an IFBB figure pro (less muscular than the female bodybuilding and physique division, but more muscular than the bikini division). It takes YEARS of serious, heavy training, supplementation and proper nutrition to develop a physique like hers. You won’t be able to pick up a weight and wake up like her the next day!
