“I seem to be losing fat and everything, but I’m losing my boobs too! What can I do to stop it??”

Unfortunately breast tissue is primarily composed of fat and mammary glands. So when we lose body fat (depending on a variety of factors, especially genetics), we tend to lose breast size. There really isn’t much you can do to prevent this.However, building the pectoralis muscle beneath the breast can help lift and perhaps even give the illusion of a slightly larger breast. Many fitness models and competitors choose to enhance their breast size because at such low body fat, their breasts tend to virtually disappear. While this is perhaps a good choice for some, it’s not for everyone. I recommend doing plenty of research before going that route.
