My Should Workout Today:

  • Dumbbell press 4x10
  • SUPERSET - Barbell upright rows 4x12 + Plate front raise 4x12
  • SUPERSET - Dumbbell side lateral raise 3x12 + Alternating front raise 3x12 (each arm)
  • SUPERSET - Bent over rear delt raise 3x10 + Reverse pec dec flies 3x15 

Warm up by doing a few sets of these exercises with very light weight beforehand to get the blood flowing to the muscles. Always breathe correctly and use proper form to avoid injury. If you easily reach the designated number of reps, the weight is too light. Be safe and have fun! =)
