Muffin Top-Less
I get asked quite often how long it took me to notice changes, and many people are surprised at how quickly it happened.
Honestly, if you are genuinely eating clean, lifting heavy weights and doing short, intense cardio a few times a week… you will notice a difference FAST. Obviously that also depends on your current level of fitness (athletes will require even more effort than normal people).
I put EVERYTHING I had into my goals. I cut out the booze (I drank almost every day in college), I turned down late night parties with friends for sleep (SAVANNAH!? Turning down a party!?), I woke up at 5 am to get my workouts in before class (I have NEVER been a morning person and still am not), I did homework during my favorite tv shows so I’d have time to go grocery shopping (me doing homework in the first place is epic), I threw out all of the crappy Lean Cuisines, Easy Mac, Ramen, Cookies and other crap that I practically lived off of and ate ONLY clean foods…… I MADE my health and fitness dreams a REALITY by PUSHING myself BEYOND my comfort zone. It was HARD and not everyone can do all of this at once like I did. But I was a woman on a MISSION. You can do anything you set your mind to, but you need to be willing to STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE CONSIDERABLY.
