I think I’ve begun to make a habit of being embarrassing at my gym. The people there probably think I’m a total clutz. I almost ate it in front of the window of the spin class after my walking lunge/leg extention super set. I thought I’d share my leg workout today.. cuz it felt pretty darn good! I go by feel.. so sometimes when I didn’t go as heavy/hard enough on something as I probably should have, I’ll add something else. It’s definitely not an exact science and sometimes I over do it… but I enjoy it.. and that’s what’s important to me =)

Today’s Leg Workout

  • Warm up leg extensions
  • Barbell Squats 4x12
  • Walking lunges w/barbell 3x (one end of the gym to the other) - superset - Leg extensions 3x12
  • Leg Press 3x12
  • Stiff-Leg Deadlifts w/barbell 4x12
  • Sumo Squats with dumbbell 3x12
  • Hamstring curls 3x12 - superset - Adduction machine 3x15
