“My body does not define me. I define my body”

Too often we let ours and others’ perceptions of our bodies define who we are. We are MUCH more then our body. It’s important to remind ourselves of that. I fall into this pattern of thinking on occasion as well… Realize that WHO you are on the inside is more important than what you look like on the outside =)
