I sat up out of bed one morning, the rolls of my beer gut smushing together. With my head pounding against my skull and my skin tingling from dehydration, I realized.. I can't do this anymore. So I decided to ditch the booze and the crazy, college, party-girl lifestyle and get fit! I hope to use my journey and my knowledge to educate and motivate all you girls out there who are looking to do the same! Feel free to ask me anything!
GLAMFIT BEAUTY TIP: Smooth cellulite-free skin starts with a healthy diet. My list of inexpensive ways to even out skin texture in 4 wks.
1. Exfoliate with used coffee ground. Caffeine is a vasodilator that tightens the skin & reduces cellulite pockets.
2. Hydrate to firm your skin & rid toxins.
3. Load up on antioxidants. Bright fruits and vegetables (blueberries, rasberries, yellow peppers, tomatoes). These boost collagen production to keep skin supple and strong.
4. Eat Fat to get rid of fat. OMEGA 3’s from salmon lengthen telomeres a protective compunds attached to DNA that shorten as you age. Longer telomeres slow down the aging process.
