I injured my foot last week and it still hasn’t healed. So frustrating! I’ll be using the bike today at the gym… a NEW gym as a matter of fact!

If you have problems with your knees or ankles, running can be close to impossible. AND THAT’S OK. You don’t have to run to get in some good cardio! There are tons of machines at the gym that give all the benefits of running and in some cases, MORE! Try the elliptical, bike, stair master or row machine to take some stress off your joints! You can also crank up the incline on the treadmill and walk briskly. These are all great alternatives to running! It’s good to switch up your cardio anyways, as your body will adjust to your routine over time. =)
