STEP 1
Too much or incorrect supplement intake can be very dangerous to your health and a waste of money. Instead of playing doctor, you should go visit one before starting any supplement or workout regimen. Let your doctor know:

STEP 2
When you are cleared by the doctor, your next step is to research and talk to a professional in the industry. You should also go to the web and look for proof of research and development. Attending expos at fitness shows is a great way to gain information, compare products and get samples. Don’t be afraid to shop around and try new brands of a particular supplement.
STEP 3
It is important to incorporate one supplement at a time. This allows you to see how it is working and affecting you. Keep in mind that everybody is different; therefore, each of you will have individual supplement needs.
