OK for those of you who have been asking me how to shop on a budget… here goes!

I know a lot of people believe that buying the unhealthy stuff is less expensive. But the truth is, the healthy stuff can be just as inexpensive, (if not cheaper) if you know what you’re looking for and when to buy!
