Just as it took you TIME to put on the weight…. it’s going to take TIME to take it off! It also takes TIME to build muscle! It doesn’t happen overnight! Be patient with yourself and your progress. The key is positive thinking and consistency. You may slip up now and then (you’re human!), but so long as the majority of your time is spent making healthy decisions, you will eventually achieve your goals! =)
