I often hear girls worry about this, so I thought I’d address it.

“If I eat late at night I’ll gain weight, so I don’t eat past 7”

The only thing that can ruin your weight-loss plan is eating more calories than your body needs to maintain itself. You can eat whatever time you want as long as you stay within your calorie limit for the day. If you enjoy an after-dinner snack, try saving some calories from earlier in the day to eat at night (also, try to keep those late night calories HEALTHY and clean!). Allow yourself a snack of up to 200 calories in the evening and just eat 200 fewer calories during the day!! Making simple swaps like this can keep you sane! If you want a healthy snack, go for some cottage cheese!! The slow-digesting casein protein in the cottage cheese will feed your muscles throughout the night =)
