A great way to stay on track with your diet, is to prepare things in advance. That way, when you are in a rush, you have something healthy to grab and go, rather than hoping that wherever you wind up, there will be healthy options!

Tonight, I grilled a couple cod fillets and steamed some broccoli. I let them cool, added some Mrs. Dash and then put them in tupperware. They are now sitting in the fridge. Tomorrow, when I’m racing out the door to get to work on time, I can just grab my meals and GO. I don’t have to worry about whether my co-workers will choose a healthy takeout place or not! I will also bring some almonds (separated into single serving baggies) and a single serving plain, nonfat greek yogurt… just in case I feel like a snack!
