Honestly, getting fit is not rocket science…. workout, sleep and eat well! Sometimes people try to overcomplicate things and wind up becoming overwhelmed and just giving up.

  • Find a form of exercise you love and DO IT consistently
  • Eat a balanced diet consisting of lean protein, veggies, fruits and healthy fats.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Sleep at least 8 hours a night.

Be patient, stay positive, you’ll get there <3
