When performing abdominal exercises… think quality over quantity. Use slow controlled movements, contract HARD at the top while exhaling, lower slowly back down. Don’t yank on your neck or do anything that causes pain in your neck or lower back. If it’s not burning by about rep 15, you are either doing the exercise wrong or you need to add some resistance.
