MUFFIN-TOPLESS CHALLENGE UPDATE!!!

So earlier today I asked you ladies what your biggest problem area was.. nutrition, training or motivation. It was OVERWHELMINGLY nutrition. Also, a lot of you messaged me about vegan and gluten-free options for my weight loss challenge. I will make sure and include those for you girls!! Just wanted to let ya know =)
